Joey Stevenson, AIA, Founder, Principal
Joey is the founder and principal of the firm. He has over nine years of professional experience in both Architecture and Construction. His background and emphasis is in the Design-Build delivery method. Prior to starting his firm he worked with tres birds, an architect lead design build firm, where he was able to hone his craft in both design and construction. He’s emphasized this path as it has yielded him a very well rounded experience, allowing him to both understand, empathize, and communicate with all facets of the Design and Construction industry. He’s had experience on site as Site Superintendent, Fabricator, Construction and Architectural Project Manager, draftsmen, designer and Project Architect. He brings this experience to all aspects of the firm.
The fruits of the labor are often rewarding enough, but Joey thoroughly enjoys sharing the design process with Clients. It is the discoveries through the process that make the fruits that much sweeter.
